"I got renters insurance and had a flood in an apartment due to a drain that was inside the building and they will not cover my property but they still want money from me for a policy that they told me covers everything and I don't need any extra coverage I lost over 2,800 worth of items due to this company would not recommend to anyone for anything go to Allstate it is really sad I had this agent for years and my parents had State farm for over 50 years very sad about how they treat you today I just want to say Joe and Luke are great I don't blame them I blame State farm my other neighbor has State farm and they covered him for the same flood why would my neighbor next door be covered and not me it's just not fair to me I don't want to leave them but I feel State farm is not right to cover one person and not the other he lives right across the hall and has the same 10 policy as me I want to say thank you so much for everything Joe has done for me and my son I just wish it could be different"
